Why the Victoria Arpels Academy ?
We believe in empowering students to increase their self confidence, sense of worth, achievement and wealth through structured, positive, professional and creative focused learning programmes. Our training methodology has proved itself in the 10 years we have been running training, and has seen in excess of 100,000 students enter the Beauty Industry.
Every student has differing expectations based on their experience. Our Academy ensures small, dedicated and bespoke courses. This way we are able to address the student’s individual needs and make the training experience as individual as possible, within the framework of the qualification.
How long do I have access to the online training material ?
Once you have purchased the course of your choice, you have unlimited and lifetime access to the material. After qualification, the material remains on your portal to become an invaluable reference guide. And myself and my team, at the Academy, remain at your disposal for any communication after you have qualified.
What benefits will a professional qualification give me?
Firstly it will show the sincerity and professionalism you wish to provide your clients and your commitment to being the best that you can possibly be. It will also increase your earning potential. The cosmetics and aesthetics industry is a booming sector that will only grow and get bigger. Finding a career and being able to offer treatments in such a lucrative area means that once you have the knowledge and ability to carry out these treatments the sky really is the limit professionally. Men and women of all ages want to refresh, rejuvenate and enhance what nature has given them, so once you have built up a good client portfolio, your client base will only grow. Many of the treatments are repeat treatments.
Our professional qualification will therefore enable you to maximise your earning potential

Can non medics be trained for aesthetic treatments ?
In short, ABSOLUTELY. To enrol on our Aesthetics training courses for non-medics you will need certain prerequisites, to ensure you have the relevant skills and knowledge.
There is no law to state who can and cannot perform Botox and Dermal filler treatments in the UK, this is alarming considering the complications that can arise from an untrained practitioner delivering aesthetic treatments. We therefore are working with accreditors and insurers to set standards.
Our Insurance partner has set a standard of minimum requirements needed to obtain insurance in Aesthetic Injectables. We agree that this is a good way to limit the potential harm posed to clients in an unregulated Industry.
Insurance Requirements to perform Aesthetics Injectables such as Botox and Dermal Filler:
Level 3 Beauty and above Phlebotomist (6 months experience)
Microneedling (6 months experience)
Semi Permanent Make-Up Artist
Dental Nurse
Student Nurse (after 1st year of degree)
Tattoo artist
Registered Health Care Professional
Pharmacy Technician Persons with Needle Experience
Official Fast Track Aesthetics Course Students
The Victoria Arpels Academy will not train any person who will not be able to gain the relevant insurance to deliver treatments, we have a duty of care to the public to ensure we are not training unsuitable students on these courses and wish, more than anything, to ensure professionalism within our industry.
