For 17 years, over 100,000 graduates have successfully completed one of my proven educational programmes using my unique TPA learning process. This page is designed to explain what the TPA learning system is and why it will help you achieve success.

So what is the TPA learning system and how does it help students? Well I have developed the system over the years as I strive to continuously improve the quality of learning for the student. I recognised many training programmes will simply give students all of the information with no guidance or sense of direction. I knew it was time for a change. So lets go through my approach. TPA stands for Theory, Practical and Assessment.

Theory: So it all starts with the Approach, everything we do is to benefit our students with our core values to Educate, Support and Inspire in mind at all times. Structure: Our courses are structured into modules & units. Students are only able to access the next unit or module if they get the required pass mark on the previous which provides a unique guided approach to learning. Delivery: All our courses include professional eBooks & multiple choice questions per unit ensuring we gather evidence of learning and the students gain and retain lifelong knowledge.

Practical: We start with the Learning Materials: Each and every course we provide comes with video demonstrations & downloads helping the learner understand the treatments. What's more, even after students complete their courses they have lifetime access to the course and materials for them to refer back to when needed. Next comes the Support: We provide full tutor access & online support groups to help learners develop their skills and build relationships with likeminded people. And finally its our ability to Evaluate: Students complete online workbooks to demonstrate the skills learnt and provide case studies which we later use for quality assurance.

Assessment: When it comes to Quality Assurance, We will only work with the highest of accreditation standards and insurance partners to ensure our graduates career success. Certification is only provided if the most vigorous of standards are met as per our assessment charter and for Accreditation, each workbook is fully evaluated to ensure the work provided is too the highest of industry standard.

This TPA method of learning has increased the pass rate of all or our students, breaking down the parts that can become very overwhelming when getting into the industry and providing them to you in a more relatable & understandable way.
